Donald’s Background:

Donald grew up in Southwest Arkansas and joined the U.S. Army in 2005, where he served for 12+ years, honing his leadership skills as an enlisted Infantryman. Donald served his country honorably during countless training exercises and multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He concluded his service in The Old Guard, the U.S. Army's Honor Guard, working primarily in support of Arlington National Cemetery.

Since 2017, Donald has been working in the Washington, DC area in operations and leadership roles within the federal contract space. He has primarily worked in small businesses, wearing many hats to develop organic business processes and analytic solutions.
